BAPTISMS
Baptism represents a commitment to follow Jesus and a declaration of belonging to a community of faith. For some, this step is taken as adults, marking their personal decision to follow Jesus. Others choose to have their children baptised, committing to raising them within the Christian faith
Baptisms are usually held during our regular Sunday services at St. John’s Church. Including baptisms as part of the main service emphasizes their significance as a communal event, with the church community present to welcome and support those being baptised. If you're considering baptism, we encourage you to attend a service at St. John’s. Afterward, you can have a conversation with the Vicar to learn more about the process and take the next steps.
